NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to C.R.S. § 32-1-1001(2), as may be amended, that the Board of Directors of the FALCON HIGHLANDS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT (the “District”) is considering setting and/or increasing fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges imposed by the District for the provision of domestic water services and/or facilities to residents and property owners located within or outside the District’s boundaries. The District’s Board of Directors shall consider such an increase in the fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges imposed for the provision of domestic water services and/or facilities at a regular meeting of the District to be held at 5:30 PM on Monday, December 14, 2026.
