NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS VACANCY

 

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly, to the eligible electors of the FALCON HIGHLANDS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT, El Paso County, Colorado.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Falcon Highlands Metropolitan District is accepting Letters of Interest from qualified electors to fill a vacancy on the Board of Directors pursuant to Section 32-1-905(2)(a), Colorado Revised Statutes.  The appointee would serve until the next regular special district election in May 2027.

Letters of Interest should include your name, address and why you would like to serve on the Board of Directors, and must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026, to Falcon Highlands Metropolitan District, c/o SVWM.  If you have any questions, please contact Catherine Bright: cbright@svwpc.com.
